Hamid Mir leaves hospital
Hamid Mir has been discharged from the hospital after recovering from a gunshot wound. He was critically injured in an attack on April 19, where he was shot six times.

KARACHI: Twelve days after being critically wounded by unidentified gunmen in Karachi, Geo Television presenter Hamid Mir was discharged Wednesday from hospital.

Mir, shot six times, was shifted to a hotel amid tight security, reports said. Earlier in the day, he refused to record statement in the presence of an ISI representative after a Joint Investigation Team visited him in hospital.

He has blamed the "ISI within the ISI" for the April 19 attack.
